PURPOSE: A method for certifying and securing a transaction or a settlement is provided to give the information connecting to a security company instead of the information connecting to a financial network when the third man requests the user information forcibly. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second ID information for respective transactions and settlements are set/inputted. More than two user information for each different use is set/inputted to the second ID information(S21). It is judged that the first ID information of a set user is inputted(S22). It is judged that the first ID information is agreed with the inputted user information(S23). If the first information is agreed, the second ID information for the transaction is inputted(S24). It is judged that the second ID information is the information for confirming the transaction or the settlement(S25). If the second ID information is the information for the transaction or the settlement, the transaction or the settlement requested from the user is executed(S28).
