PURPOSE: A camera phone device with a photo service function and a method for controlling therefor are provided to take photographs by using a camera phone and make up the obtained photographs or store the photographs as animation. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(10) is provided to input commands of a user. A camera unit(20) photographs images of the user for outputting the images as electric signals. A control unit(30) executes photographing in the case that the user wants to take a photograph, downloads a list of make-up from a make-up list management server for making up the photograph, and makes animation by connecting photograph cuts formed of continuous actions. A communication unit(40) downloads the make-up list wirelessly. A storage unit(50) stores the make-up list and the animation.
