The invention concerns a method for visually representing a plurality of non-photographic data capable of being expressed by two or three numerical values, in the form of a colour consisting of three basic colours, for example red, green and blue, whereof the coefficients of intensity are based on said numerical values. The invention is useful for making maps and colorimetric graphs for representing various types of data, for example, scientific, technical, medical, geographical, political, economic or financial data. Said colorimetric representation enables fast overall perception of a large number of values and hence facilitates analysis thereof. |
