<p>The present invention relates to the use of (an) anti-HEC1 compound(s), (an) HEC1-complex antagonist(s) and/or (an) HEC1-complex inhibitor(s) for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention, amelioration and/or prevention of a hyperproliferative disorder/disease. Furthermore, the invention provides for a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one anti-HEC1 compound, at least one HEC1-complex antagonist and/or at least one HEC1complex inhibitor. Additionally, the invention relates to a method for identifying an anti-Hec1 compound, an HEC1-complex antagonist or an HEC1-complex inhibitor.</p> |
