Independent claims are also included for alternative steppers. Preferred Features: A pivot holder (21) fixed on the vertical bar has a central hole (212) and a curved hole (214). The central hole is located in the center of curvature of the curved hole. A pivot frame (32) is fixed on the handle. A first nut is screwed on a first screw extending through the pivot frame and the central hole into the pivot holder. A second nut is screwed on a second screw extending through the pivot frame and the curved hole into the pivot holder.
