PURPOSE: An automatic open/shut type wind power generator is provided to reduce installation costs and allow for pass production of power, while preventing damages of the power generator. CONSTITUTION: An automatic open/shut type wind power generator comprises a plurality of vertical shafts(20) arranged in a frame in such a manner that the vertical shafts are rotatable in a vertical direction; wind collecting blades(30) arranged on the outer surfaces of the vertical shafts; a rotation guide member(50) spaced apart from the outer surfaces of the vertical shafts and which guides the rotation of the wind collecting blades; a support bar(60) having an end attached to the outer surface of the vertical shaft and the other end attached to an end of the rotation guide member; a guide piece(31) for insertion of the rotation guide member; a stopper(51) arranged at the end of the rotation guide member, and which gets caught at the guide piece so as to restrain the rotation of the wind collecting blades; the first elastic member(70) elastically supported by the support bar, and which permits the wind collecting blades to elastically rotate; an L-shaped hinge stopper penetrating through the rotation guide member and which is hinge-coupled to the outer surface of the rotation guide member; a weight member moving along the inside of the rotation guide member, and which is connected to the hinge stopper through a wire; the second elastic member for elastically supporting the hinge stopper; and a motor pulley arranged on an end of the vertical shaft. |
