LIGHT STIRRER

A light stirrer capable of converting a coherent light into a substantially incoherent light by rotating a light stirring plate at a circumferential speed of 1800 times or more the laser beam diameter using a hollow motor. The light stirrer comprises a light stirring plate (8) arranged in the optical path, and a hollow motor (2) for rotating the light stirring plate (8) at a high speed, characterized in that a laser beam is allowed to enter the light stirring plate (8) for converting into a substantially incoherent light.
