PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money card, an electronic money system and an electronic money transaction method with which safety can be improved by setting the function of card corresponding to the use environment of user. SOLUTION: Each IC card 11 stores a function table for setting whether a transaction can be utilized or not for each transaction. The user inserts the IC card 11 into an electronic money terminal 13 and inputs the instruction of transaction. In response to this input, the electronic money terminal 13 transmits the transaction instruction to the IC card 11. The IC card 11 discriminates whether the transaction shown by the transaction instruction from the electronic money terminal 13 is set usable or not in its own function table. When that transaction is set usable, the IC card 11 executes the transaction and when it is set unusable, the transaction is stopped. |
