FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting casting mixture into closed cavity of mold; casting-on lower part of shoe for cast fastening thereof; during molding of porous lower part of shoe in mold, forcing out, by weight of casting mixture, pore-forming gases released from mixture from zone of contacting of casting mixture with shoe upper part material. Pore-forming gases are discharged into atmosphere through shoe upper part materials, to which lower part is cast. Method allows casting mixture to penetrate into surface structure of shoe upper part materials for forming of strong adhesion contact over the entire fastened upper and lower shoe parts interface regardless of release of pore-forming gas from casting mixture. Apparatus has gas discharge system for removal of gas from mold. Gas discharge channels are formed on trace part and portion of side surface of casting shoe in the vicinity of upper and lower shoe parts adhesion contact zone. Gas discharge channels are communicated with one another and are opened into atmosphere through drain openings formed in casting shoe body.
