FIELD: equipment for technology of production of dispersive materials. SUBSTANCE: device measuring mass and counting concentration of articles in gas flow has dispergator, accelerating channel with piezoelectric converter mounted across its outlet and connected to information processing unit, flow rate agitator and ejector placed in front of the latter and connected to it through pressure pipe-line. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy thanks to minimization of variations in flow rate and velocity of air in measurement path. 1 dwg
