FIELD: transport machine engineering, namely automobile manufacture. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing plate of jig with reference members for obtaining predetermined coordinate system onto reference plate of three-coordinate measuring machine; placing and aligning on said plate intermediate frame with fixing units; demounting worn plate of jig on frame of movable table and fixing units of struts of movable cars and placing onto it new plate of jig assembled with fixing units; approaching to jig plate movable carriages with struts and positioning them in working position; securing fixing units to struts of movable carriages; fixing all positioning members on joined transporting members of jig in working position; releasing movable fixing units secured to intermediate frame; moving movable carriages with struts and fixing units to initial position; demounting intermediate plate from plate of jig for free reception of welded parts. EFFECT: lowered cost of preparing production process, reduced labor consumption for assembling and adjusting assembling- welding fitting. 3 cl, 9 dwg |
