FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves delivering input information on production process parameters to system control device; providing continuous automatic feeding and mixing components for forming of desired product; during chewing gum production process, continuously and automatically discharging chewing gum from mixer; providing automatic dusting, rolling, cutting and wrapping of end product. System is continuously controlled by means of respective reading devices. Signals indicating readable conditions are delivered to controlling device of and said system is automatically regulated for producing of consistent end product. Signaling device is activated upon reading of predetermined conditions. Method and system provide reduced wastes.
