FIELD: treatment of grain before laying for storage. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning grain and subjecting to the action of propionic acid aerosol flow comprising chitosan additive. Chitosan source is preparation produced from Mortierella alliaceae micromycet biomass by predetermined process. EFFECT: increased resistance of grain to microflora development and provision for reliable storage of grain. |
