SUBSTANCE: bitter liqueur contains the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: aromatic principle "Grusha" MD 515 of firm "Reino and FiS", France, 3.5-4.5 kg; aromatic principle "Yabloko" MD 514 of firm "Reino and FiS", France, 4.5-5.5 kg; aromatic principle "Portvein" A8M 911/1 of firm "Reino and FiS", France, 9.5-10.5 kg; dye "Sakharniy koler 050" E 150d, 9.5-10.5 kg; vanillin (1:10), 1.0-2.0 kg; cognac, 199.5-400.5; 65.8% sugar syrup, 172.0-173.0 kg; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purification and purified drinking water, the balance, as measured to provide the strength 43%. Proposed invention provides preparing bitter liqueur with high organoleptic indices conferring to its brown color, slightly hot taste. The combined using liqueur components show synergetic effect, taste and aroma slightly reminding Jamaica rum with weak chocolate after taste. EFFECT: valuable properties of liqueur, expanded assortment of bitter liqueurs. |
