SUBSTANCE: variant BSSL of polypeptide comprises amino acid sequence 1-535 SEQ ID NO:3 and fragment among 536-722 SEQ ID NO:3, or amino acid sequence that shows homology with amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:7 by at least 90%, or amino acid SEQ ID NO: 2 wherein amino acid residues 23-0 and 536-711 are deleted (SEQ ID NO:5); or amino acid residues 23-0, 536-568 and 591-711 are deleted (SEQ ID NO:6); or amino acids residues 23-0 are deleted and amino acid Asn at position 187 is replaced for Gln (SEQ ID NO:7); or amino acid residues 632-708 are deleted (SEQ ID NO:9). Invention proposes also nucleic acid molecule encoding above mentioned polypeptides, hybrid gene able to mediate the expression of indicated nucleic acid molecule in mammalian cell, plasmid to which hybrid gene is inserted, cellular line carrying hybrid gene. Invention proposes method for producing variant BSSL and pharmaceutical composition for treatment of pancreas diseases. Invention allows the enhancement of yield lipase stimulating by bile salts (BSSLL) and to enhance effectiveness of treatment of pathological states associated with disturbance of pancreas activity.
