FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing macromer, which is stabilizer precursor in polymer-polyols, and to a method for preparing polymer-polyols using indicated macromer. Method involves interaction of polymer-polyol having nominal functionality 2.5 to 6.0 with cyclic dicarboxylic acid anhydride containing no one polymerizable double bond followed by interaction of thus obtained adduct with epoxide compound containing polymerizable double in presence of catalyst. Resultant macromer is used in preparation of polymer-polyol by way of polymerization of ethylenically unsaturated monomers in basic polyol in presence of polymerization initiator and macromer.
