FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has the first layer of fibrous material permeable for liquid and the second layer of porous and elastic material permeable for liquid. At least one of the layers has thermoplastic material. Both layers are interconnected forming a laminated material having glued areas where the thermoplastic material is at least partially made soft or melted to glue two layer of the material. Glued zones are arranged in two or more groups composed of at least two glued areas each. Maximum distance between two adjacent glued areas in a group is less than the distance the group and the nearest neighboring group. It gives zones free of gluing between glued areas in each group of glued areas. The zones have higher density when compared to zones free of gluing located between glued areas groups.
