SUBSTANCE: electric motor has wound cores of inductor and armature forming closed magnetic circuit with permanent top and bottom gaps; top gap is radially offset toward inductor winding and armature winding is disposed in vicinity of offset gap; armature core is made in the form of piston with rod; inductor core is made in the form of cylinder with winding placed at its bottom under piston opposite inductor winding on inner side of piston.
