The invention my be used for diagnostics of psychical state of body, in particular to estimate the level of present body's agitation during the process of therapy compared to its initial state. Proposed diagnostic method of body's state involves making of measurements and analysis of indices of heart-vascular system and quantitative estimation of agitation's level of body by Spilberg-Hanin test, and it is characterized in that measurement of frequency of the pulse and test of heart-vascular system is used before and after the given influence on patient in the given interval of time with given frequency is carried out. After that the series of test results are subjected to mathematical analysis in order to figure out the standard deviation, the average error of arithmetic mean and Student t-test criterion. The psychical state of body is diagnosed in conformity with the test findings and frequency of the pulse. Said given influence is chosen from the following group: medicinal influence, combined medicinal and emotional influence. During the process of diagnostics the stress situation is reproduced under circumstances, which initially caused the agitation, and/or the patient emotions are concentrated on final consciousness of initially reasons of body's agitation.
