APPARATUS FOR DISINTEGRATION OF FOOD-STUFFS

This invention pertains to field of food- industry and it could be used for producing bread products, particularly for disintegration of sprouted grain. The offered apparatus (Fig.1) for disintegration of sprouted grain contains housing (1) having filling capacity (2) and output opening (3) located in the lower part of housing. There are arranged two shafts (5) having possibility to run opposite each other in the bearings (4) located in top-part of housing. A drive has strict mechanical linkage between shafts provided with toothed gearing (7). The shafts are running by equally speed. Sheet-type knifes (8) are attached to them. The knifes make interdependent ring-like hollows by helping flat gaskets (9). The gaskets are made as ring-like sheets having figural leg (10) tooled up with two openings. Strengthening axes go through mentioned openings parallel to shafts (5). A diameter of gasket is smaller as diameter of knife. The knifes of one shaft are located in the ring-like hollows inter contiguous knifes of second shaft. Disc-knifes have rectangular cutting blades characterised in that a pitch exceeds not 3 - 6 mm and height exceeds not 2 - 3 mm. Surfaces of gaskets' figural legs and knifes' blades are formed a hopper (12) inside housing (1). The offered apparatus is provided with effective disintegration of sprouted grain by removal of heating up and sticking product to apparatus. Quality of machining product is saved. In order to obtain fine disintegrated good quality end products the mentioned apparatus could be used also for disintegration of any other products.
