FIELD: biotechnology, in particular, hydrolytic microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing hydrolysis of raw wood raw material; separating hydrolysate and lignin for obtaining of nutritive medium; cultivating yeast in said medium; condensing resultant yeast biomass and drying by drying agent, the latter being produced from neutralized, plasticized and formed lignin; producing flue gas from formed lignin; burning flue gas and using combustion products as drying agent for yeast drying; directing used drying agent for lignin drying. Apparatus has hydrolysis unit, cyclone for discharging of lignin from hydrolysis unit, set of evaporators for cooling of hydrolysate, inverter, hydrolysate neutralizing unit, settler, vacuum cooling device, vacuum evaporating device for condensing of yeast biomass, drier for yeast biomass, and lignin drier. Apparatus is further provided with lignin neutralizing and plasticizing units and lignin forming unit for forming lignin into briquettes, said unit being arranged forward of lignin drier and gas generator for producing of flue gases from dry lignin briquettes. Gas generator is connected to combustion chamber of feed yeast drier. EFFECT: reduced feed yeast production cost due to using large amounts of lignin for producing of drying agent and utilization of secondary power sources for production of feed yeast in the process of lignin utilization. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
