FIELD: submarine building; floating and flying facilities for rescue of submariners. SUBSTANCE: proposed floating and flying rescue facility includes hull secured on the outside of submarine which may be disconnected from submarine where submariners are accommodated; life-support equipment, engine, propeller, power sources and hatch for communication submarine are also arranged in this hull. Rescue facility is mounted in holder and is provided with propeller, wings, wing flaps, retractable landing gear, tail unit, TV cameras and communication and radio control equipment. Holder is welded to submarine hull; it has common smooth platform together with submarine where hole is made for communication of submarine passageway with rescue facility kept in holder.
