HOT-ROLLED PROFILE FOR SUPPORT OF MINE WORKINGS

摘要

FIELD: mining industry, supporting of workings with metal special profile support. SUBSTANCE: hot-rolled profiles for support includes bottom and inclined side walls of curvilinear form with flanges on ends conjugate to bottom. Upper parts of flanges have recesses with curvilinear bearing surfaces, lower parts have protrusions with curvilinear bearing surfaces and lower edges bordering on them. Cross-section of bottom has variable thickness that increases from profile symmetry plane towards sections of matching of bottom with inclined side walls. Lower edges of flanges are conjugate to curvilinear bearing surfaces and are positioned at acute angle with horizontal plane. Geometrical parameters of profile elements are given in formula of invention. EFFECT: increased bearing capability of support and its adaptability to manufacture. 14 cl, 3 dwg
