FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices converting air flow energy into rotation transmitted to electric generator. According to invention, air flow energy converter containing large diameter disks, blades, central axle, bearing and supports is provided additionally with large movable gears, small central fixed gear, sprockets and chain drive. Disks on which blades are arranged on end axle are rigidly secured on central axle. EFFECT: increased efficiency and power output of converter. 4 cl, 2 dwg
