The cooling system integrates all the conical cooling rings (32) into a single satellite (31) in which the refrigerant liquid circulates. The conical rings come into contact with the upper end of the tool holder (30). The satellite is mounted on a runner (34) on a column (35) allowing its rise or fall in order to cover the tool holder or release it.
