PURPOSE: A parallel type 6-axis force-moment measuring device is provided to easily produce, remove mutual interference, partially maintain and repair, and measure large capacity and heavy load. CONSTITUTION: A parallel type 6-axis force-moment measuring device is composed of a mechanical structure unit for forming a mechanical structure; a sensing unit(22) installed at the predetermined part of the mechanical structure unit to measure tensile and compressive force action on each axis; a signal amplifying unit for amplifying an input signal from the sensing unit; a signal converting unit for converting the input signal from the signal amplifying unit; a computing unit for computing force and moment acting on a spatial structure based on the signal input through the signal converting unit; and an output unit for outputting the result of the computing unit. The mechanical structure unit comprises a lower supporting plate(31) for entirely supporting the mechanical structure; a plurality of vertical members(32a,32b,32c) separated from the lower supporting plate at the predetermined distance and vertically fixed; a plurality of horizontal members(33a,33b,33c) vertically combined to the predetermined parts of the vertical members; an upper supporting plate(34) separated from the lower supporting plate at the predetermined distance and parallel to the lower supporting plate to support the structure; a center axis member(35) arranged under the upper supporting plate to support the upper supporting plate; and a plurality of connecting members(36a,36b,36c) for connecting the center axis member with the plural horizontal members, respectively.
