PURPOSE: Provided is an electron wave absorption yarn which does not incur mechanical overload during the spinning, and intercepts the electron wave without deteriorating the spinning rate while radiating far-infrared rays and anions. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an electron wave absorption yarn comprises the steps of: mixing 90-96wt.% of synthetic polymer with 2-5wt.% of ferrite and 2-5wt.% of tourmaline; drying the mixture at 110-130 deg.C; press-spinning the dried; cooling the spun yarn; winding the cooled fiber; and drawing the wound fiber. The synthetic copolymer is based on polyamide, polyester, polyurethane, or vinyl.
