A device for treating a fluid with magnetic force is offered to market, comprising an outer casing installing therein an inner casing wherein both a plurality of permanent magnets and an intermediary magnetic unit are housed, thus preventing the device from demagnetizing, improving durability of magnets while producing a closed magnetic circuit which will generate strong magnetic fields so as to efficiently treat a flui d with magnetic force. For serving such purpose, said device comprises an inner casing of non-magnetic material functioning as a magnetic treatment chamber, an intermediary magnetic unit installed therein, and an outer casing housing said inner casing, as well as permanent magnets being fixed to the bottom panel of each section of said outer casing, and further, installed between both inner and outer casings.
