The device includes an element (1) adapted to be inserted at 90 degree flexion, in anterior-posterior between the condyle and a part using the tibial compartment, with the element presenting fixtures (1a) for determining the height of the tibial cup by a mark, and orienting the cup block perpendicular to the epiphysary axis. An assembly acts as a tibial sight to be applied between the anterior tibial crest and adapted to receive, at its top part, a tibial cup guide to position a top edge in correspondence with the mark. The device also includes a tibial plate of thickness corresponding to the tibial resection, for reconstituting the personal virtual interline of the patient, and designed to be positioned on the effective tibial cup. The plate includes fixtures for mounting and positioning a femoral cup guide to link the femoral and tibial cups and to adapt the fatness of the condyle of the patient.
