The invention relates to a smoked potato product being as an important gastronomical assortment expansion comprising of salt in about 1-5% by weight and oil in about 2-5% by weight, furthermore in a preferred case flavour intensifying seasonings as additives in about 1-5% by weight. The potato raw material is preserved by specific flavouring smoking. |
