<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for melting synthetic resin waste is provided to select, break and/or crush, and wash the waste with a simple structure, in addition to, remarkably reduce production cost and inhibit mechanical trouble caused by impurities to result in noticeable increase of productivity. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a main body(1) including a melting chamber(1-1) and a cooling chamber(1-2) isolated by a compartment(1-3), and a number of burners(10); a melting furnace(6) having an introduction port(6-1) and installed to the main body(1) through the melting chamber(1-1), an extrusion piston(2) to discharge the molten material(7); a cutting knife(8) positioned on top portion of the cooling chamber(1-2) to produce regenerated chips(15) by cutting the molten material into fine pieces; and a discharging part(30) mounted to be sunk in a cooling water(9) of the cooling chamber(1-2) to discharge the regenerated chips(15) outside.</p> |
