The lens correction mechanism has a wide angle image system with a reflector or refractor (1) providing a reflection or refraction path to an image detector element (5). An object model is created having the same ray curvature as the reflector or refractor. Trials are carried out to find the lens parameters in the zoom correction mechanism. The lens model is then revolved around the central axis.
