<p>The invention relates to the use of energy storage substances producing hydrogen and heat energy by contact with water. The aim of said invention is to simplify the production of a compound used for producing hydrogen and regulate the giving-off of hydrogen when said compound contacts water. The inventive method consists in producing the compound based on the activation of textured or activated aluminium or the alloys thereof by applying the metallic melt of low melting metals to the end thereof and by a subsequent retardation at an ambient temperature.</p> |
