A wall covering and method of installation using corner moldings (11) formed with a plurality of tiers (30a-30f) of simulated building elements and a plurality of panels (12) each formed with a plurality of rows (14a-14c) of simulated building elements. The corner molding (11) includes flanges (35) along opposite sides formed with both (1) elongated fastener­receiving apertures (38) for receiving fasteners which permit adjustable positioning and alignment of the tiers (30a-30f) of building elements of the corner molding (11) with rows of building elements of a panel (12) to be mounted adjacent thereto and (2) circular apertures (36) for receiving fasteners that precisely secure and retain the corner moldings (11) in mounted position with the building elements of the corner molding (11) and adjacent panel (12) in predetermined aligned relation.
