摘要 |
PURPOSE: An imaging method for a protein chip is provided to realize an interaction of biopolymer, such as protein, created on a surface of a protein chip by using a surface plasmon resonance of white light. CONSTITUTION: White light radiated from a light source(1) passes through at least one pair of convex lenses(2,4) so that white light is uniformly focused. At this time, an iris(3) is aligned between the convex lenses(2,4) so as to adjust an amount of light passing through the convex lenses(2,4). Light passing through the convex lenses(2,4) is polarized through a polarizing device(5). Polarizing light reflected from reflective mirrors(6,7) passes through a prism(9) and is incident into a protein layer of a protein chip(10). The protein chip(10) includes a BK-7 slide-glass, a metal thin film formed at an underside of the BK-7 slide-glass, and a plurality of pixels.
