PURPOSE: A method for producing expense for studying abroad using an information communication network is provided to automatically produce and offer overall expense needed for studying abroad and training a language at a planning education organization through the information communication network. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal requests the expense for studying abroad by connecting to a web server(D5). The web server transmits a web page for producing the expense to the user terminal(D6). The user terminal transmits the expense selection information by inputting an option item included in the web page(D7). An abroad studying information management server produces the expense of each option and a total expense by receiving the option information through the web server(D11). The web server inputs the data of the expense produced by the abroad studying information management server to the web page and transmits it to the user terminal(D12).
