The invention relates to a closing system for containers made of plastic material serving to close containers having a mouth surrounded by a peripheral wing. The system involves placing a closing sheet on the mouth of the container to be closed, pressing the peripheral wing on a welding mold and applying ultrasonic vibrations on said closing sheet coinciding with a mold using independent sonotrodes. Said mold has two concentric walls coinciding with the peripheral wing surrounding the mouth of the container to be closed. The internal wall enables welding of the closing sheet and the peripheral wing of the mouth while the external wall, which is slightly higher, ends in an edge or angled profile edge that provokes cutting of the closing sheet and the above-mentioned peripheral wing at a given variable length of the welding line between said sheet and the peripheral wing. |
