<p>In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of a display device, the manufacturing method includes a step (ST1) of forming a peeling-off layer (101) on a first substrate (100) which layer is peeled off by applying a predetermined energy, a step (ST2) of forming a plurality of pixel circuits (102) for driving pixels of an electro-optical device on the peeling-off layer (101), a step (ST3) of arranging one of the pixel circuits (102) formed on the first substrate (100) to oppose to the position on a second substrate (200) where the pixel circuit (102) is to be arranged and electrically connecting the pixel circuit (102) to the second substrate (200), and a step (ST4) of applying energy to a part of the peeling-off layer (101) where a pixel circuit (102) to be peeled off is arranged and peeling off the pixel circuit (102) together with the second substrate (200) from the first substrate (100).</p> |
