The road vehicle (1) may have central control circuit (8) for the braking system. It has wires or cables (12) connected to speed sensors (3) adjacent to each wheel (2). There is also a central tire monitoring circuit with connections to tire pressure and temperature sensors at each wheel. The cable connections to each wheel are flexible.
