A fastener, comprising a leaf spring (5) bent in an opened annular shape having a pair of bearings (6) fitted to both tip parts thereof, rotating shafts (8) having rubber rollers (7) fitted to the bearings (6), and an arm (4) having article supporting means such as a hook (1), a clip (2), a through hole (13), and a magnet (3), wherein the opened annular part of the leaf spring (5) is expanded to easily fix the fastener to a fixed body without damaging the fixed body, and the base end part (21) of the arm (4) is desirably connected rotatably to the rotating shaft (8) so that the direction of the arm (4) can be changed in a specified direction irrespective of the direction of the fixed body.
