<p>Compositions for the oral cavity which contain crystalline cellulose and one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of alkyl glycosides, polyglycerol fatty acid esters, sucrose fatty acid esters and betaine, are excellent in shape retention and dispersibility in the oral cavity, cause no change in the taste of juice after tooth brushing, and have a high long-term stability without showing any solid-liquid separation; and compositions for the oral cavity containing a cationic bactericide and crystalline cellulose whereby the retentivity of the cationic bactericide on tooth surface can be improved to thereby effectively prevent oral diseases such as peridontal diseases and tooth decay.</p> |
