Outer (1) and inner (2) parts determine outer and inner surfaces of profile. Set position of inner part is controlled by magnetic or inductive system. The inner part has positive connection with rod (3) which is positively connected to die housing (5). The longitudinal axis (10) of profile forming parts and longitudinal axis (11) of extruder are axially offset from each other. The longitudinal axis (10) of profile forming parts are joined by flange (13) onto longitudinal axis (11) of extruder. An outlet of the restricted flow chamber (7) has a smaller cross-section than the inlet channel (6) to this chamber and is formed between a cone (9) and an opposing block (8). The channel shape tapers due to the changing helix angle. The rod (3) is screwed to the housing and both inner part (2) and bar have a bore(15) extending through them.
