These articles are used by the consum er by wetting the dry article with water and then rubbing the article against t he skin or hair. The article comprises a water insoluble substrate with an elastomeric component and having a cleansing surface and a lathering surfactant releasably associated with the substrate. Preferably, the article s of the present invention further comprise a conditioning component.</p> |
