<p>A commercial system is linked to a private power generation system via a high-speed flow limit cut-off device (4). Moreover, commercial power is supplied from the commercial system to respective important loads (6) by a first system (A). An overlap switch device (8) is provided at each of the connection points between the first system (A) and a second system (B). The overlap switch devices (8) are successively switched according to the power amount generated by a private power generator (2) and the first system (A) is separated so that the important load (6) is operated under the private power generation system. When an instantaneous lowering is caused in the commercial system, the high-speed flow limit cut-off device (4) performs flow limit and high-speed cut-off so that the important load (6) is not affected by the instantaneous lowering.</p> |
