<p>A PDP manufacturing method capable of preferably sintering panel structure by controlling each of the setters. A sintering device used for this is also disclosed. A substrate (101) placed on a setter (103) is carried by convey means (22, 23, 24) constructed by a plurality of rollers (22a, 23a, 24a) arranged in the convey direction of the substrate (101) while sintering a panel structure (102). The panel structure (102) is sintered by a sintering device (21) having ID distinguishing means (105) for distinguishing the setter (103) by an ID portion provided on the setter (103), so as to control the thermal history count of each setter (103) and the like.</p> |
