PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the freezing of fuel is provided, to prevent the freezing of fuel by the heat generated at a fuel cell even in the case of engine off. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a housing(1) placed in front of an evaporator; a fuel cell(2) which is placed in the center of the housing(1) to separate the housing into two parts and generates electricity and heat by the reaction of oxygen and hydrogen; an air circulation path(3) which is formed in the one side of the housing in zigzag for the circulation of air and allows the oxygen of passing air to react with a cathode terminal of a fuel cell(2); and a fuel circulation path(4) which is formed in the other side of the housing in zigzag for the circulation of fuel and allows the hydrogen of passing fuel to react with an anode terminal of a fuel cell(2). |
