<p>PURPOSE: An ultra high speed fluidizing drying and fermenting equipment of food waste is provided, which can dry and ferment speedily and efficiently, and can reduce fuel required for drying of food waste. The equipment can produce animal feed and compost of good quality by drying and fermenting of food waste and discharge steam generated during drying and fermenting after purified and deodorized. CONSTITUTION: The drying and fermentation equipment comprises a hot air drier(330) for receiving pre-treated food waste from pre-treatment facility where collected food waste is fed, screened, crushed, compacted and decomposed; a high speed fermentation equipment(450) for fermenting the dried food waste followed by discharging it; a gravitation classifier(370) for collecting high temperature wet vapor containing steam, dust and flue gas followed by gravitation classification, and discharging the classified solid matter from the hot air drier and primarily purified wet vapor separately; a waste heat recovery device(380) for heat exchanging the steam discharged from the gravitation classifier with air being supplied to hot air drier to preheat the air and to lower the temperature of wet vapor; a wet oxidation deodorizing device(390) for removing secondarily removing fine dust and deodorizing the wet vapor.</p> |
