摘要 PURPOSE: A door of a vehicle having high rigidity structure is provided to minimize deformation in a broadside collision for safety of a passenger. CONSTITUTION: A door of a vehicle consists of an inner panel(12), an outer panel(11), a pair of horizontal impact bars(13,14), and vertical reinforce member(15). The inner panel and the outer panel are connected together with a closed part. The pair of the horizontal impact bars are installed according to the outer panel in the upper part and the lower part of the outer panel, and are fixed in the outer panel by brockets supporting both ends. The vertical reinforce member is installed to connect the upper impact bar and the lower impact bar. The upper part of the vertical reinforce member is fixed in the one side of the middle of the upper impact bar by welding, and the lower part of the reinforce member is fixed in the outer panel with the lower impact bar through a coupling bracket. The pair of the horizontal impact bars absorb outer force applied to the upper part and the lower part of the door and reduces when occurring the broadside collision. The outer force applied to the middle part of the horizontal impact bar is transferred to the pair of the horizontal impact bars through the vertical reinforce member and is dispersed.
