PURPOSE: Collision preventive structure of cargo in a seat back for a vehicle is provided to restrict isolation of a trunk room and the upper part of the seat back by containing a collision preventive member in the rear part of the seat back after folding, and to reduce parts and assembling process by eliminating bolting and mounting. CONSTITUTION: A collision preventive system of cargo in a seat back for a vehicle is composed of a collision preventive member(210) placed in a containing part(14) in the rear part of the seat back, and protruded from the rear part of the seat back; a locking unit locking or releasing the collision preventive member; and an elastic member(230) protruding the collision preventive member by turning elastically in releasing. The locking unit releases the collision preventive unit in locking the seat back in a package tray. The collision of cargo into the seat back is restricted by placing the collision preventive member in the rear part of the seat back.
