PURPOSE: A multi variable speed drive is provided to oscillate and turn quickly by outputting a reverse circulation without a changing of a gear train. CONSTITUTION: A differential drive(A) and a planetary gear train(B) are arranged between an input shaft(2) and an output shaft(3) to share a variable speed hydrodynamic brake(C) and an inverse brake(34). A device forms a power transmission passage of two paths by forming an output gear(7) as the same member as a linear gear(8) of the planetary gear train with penetrating another output gear(6) and by forming the output gear(6) as the same member as a career(9). The inverse brake and a neutral brake(35) are equipped to shift functions.
